How long before my order will be shipped?All orders will be processed within 3 working days. Next day delivery orders will be processed the same day if ordered before 3pm.

Once I've placed an order can I make changes?Once an order is paid and complete, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made. If you connect us as soon as you notice the mistake or with the required change, we will advise if those changes can be fulfilled.

When will I receive my order if it contains In stock and Pre order item?All orders are processed and sent as one. If you require your in stock items sooner then the expected date of the pre order items it is advised to place two separate orders.

How long will my refund take?All items are refunded once they have been received back. Refunds will be processed back to your payment method. Please allow 5-10 working days for refunds to clear.

What do I do if I need to return an item?We hope you are 100% happy with your order, however if you need to return any items you can do so within 14 days of receipt. All returns must be in unused, original condition. Please contact us for further help with your return.
