Delivery methods

- Standard delivery - 2-5 working days
- Next day delivery - next working day if ordered before 3pm (Mon - Fri)
All orders placed on Sat & Sun will be dispatched on Monday

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns are accepted within 14 days off receipt. All items must be returned in unused, original condition. We do not offer free returns and return postage will need to be paid for by the buyer. We recommend using a tracked delivery method, as refunds are only processed once item is received back to us. Any returns that have been used will not be refunded and additional postage cost will be required if you would like the item posting back to you.
We will refund the shipping cost of items if being returned due to a fault from our end.
Exchanges are not accepted. In order to place an exchange, we recommend placing a new order for the required item and returning unwanted item back to us.
REFUNDS
All refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days for refunds to clear.
Original postage costs will not be refunded unless item is faulty and there is no replacement available
PERSONALISED ITEMS
All Personalised items are none refundable. Please note there is a processing time of up to 4 days for production. Please bear in mind, when placing orders that contain personalised products, all items will be sent together. If your order is placed with next day delivery, only once the items are ready will the order be dispatched. Your full order will then be posted with next day delivery.
